The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification for the NDA & NA (I) Examination 2026 under Examination Notice No. 3/2026-NDA-I, dated 10 December 2025. This exam will be conducted for admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy (157th Course) and the 119th Indian Naval Academy Course, commencing from 1 January 2027.
The NDA exam is one of India’s most prestigious defence entrance examinations, offering aspirants the opportunity to join the armed forces as officers. The online application process has already started, and candidates can apply through the official UPSC website. The application window will remain open until 30 December 2025 (6:00 PM). The written exam will be conducted offline on 12 April 2026 at centres across India.
